What We Do
Ristoro del Cinghiale is a contemporary eatery and wine bar in the centre of the beautiful village of Panzano in Chianti.
We were founded by Puglian-American restaurateur Nicola Marzovilla in 2022 with a simple philosophy: to take incredible Italian ingredients and treat them with the respect they deserve.
We serve large cuts of beef and wild boar alongside our very own fine wines from Vecchie Terre di Montefili and craft beer from Eight Bars.
